This
Business and Finance Department is responsible for all financial
activities of the DeKalb CUSD 428 and provides direct oversight of the
District’s budget, tax levy calculations, investments, financial
reporting, purchasing, accounts payable, contractual services,
transportation, payroll, student fees, grants, and food services, including the State of Illinois Free and Reduced Meals Program.
